These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Redemption Resources Ltd., doing business as H2SAL1 Training ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, courses, and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Authorized Training Provider Status
Redemption Resources Ltd., doing business as H2SAL1 Training is an Authorized Training Provider (ATP) for Energy Safety Canada (ESC). We deliver standardized safety training curriculum. The issuance of safety certificates for our various training programs is governed strictly by ESC standards and other applicable regulatory bodies. H2SAL1 Training does not guarantee a passing grade or the issuance of a certificate simply by attending a course.
2. Registration, Attendance, and Punctuality
Students must be present for the entire duration of the course to be eligible for certification. Late arrivals disrupt the learning environment and will not be permitted into the classroom once the course has commenced. Late arrivals will be treated as a "No-Show" and are not eligible for a refund.
3. Prerequisites and Identification
All certification courses require students to present a valid, government-issued photo ID before the class begins. Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund. Students must also possess basic English literacy and comprehension skills to successfully complete the required closed-book examinations.
4. Physical Demands and Assumption of Risk
Safety training courses involve inherent physical risks. Depending on the specific course, activities may include, but are not limited to, wearing self-contained breathing apparatuses (SCBA), operating gas detection equipment, lifting, performing CPR compressions, and participating in simulated rescue scenarios. By enrolling, the student acknowledges these physical demands and assumes all inherent risks. Students must notify the instructor of any physical limitations or medical conditions prior to the start of the course.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund or to reschedule a course, students must provide written notice at least 5 business days prior to the course start date. No-shows and cancellations made outside of this window will forfeit the entire course fee. H2SAL1 Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be provided.
